Sitting inside, summer `98.

We have enjoyed many annual and temporary-tropical vines on our  `Follies La Cage´, but the South American passion vine is determined to return perennial each year. Winters of `97 through 02 have been so mild that this Passiflora caerulea retained life in its stems -- even remaining evergreen, where in other years it has died to the ground in winter, to reincarnate from its roots in summer.
